Review the Living Trust Handbook (found in your Notebook) for an overview of how your Living Trust and other estate planning documents work.
Act to title assets properly. Your Memorandum (usually under the “Assets” tab in your Notebook) is a good source for general information.
Do not forget to look for RLG resources. Email Heather Volkers at hvolkers@rehberglaw.com to get a .pdf of the seminar slides, which includes a graphic on the “Three Buckets of Funding a Trust” (a handy guide for titling), and take a look at the “Resources” page on the RLG website for more information on Trusts and other estate planning topics.
