You have worked hard for what you have. Do you know what will happen to it? Are you considering creating a Living Trust or already have one? Or perhaps you are wondering how a Will fits into your estate plan?  Many people don’t realize that setting up a Living Trust or a Will involves more than just signing paperwork. Funding these documents is an essential step that determines how your estate plan actually works. With a Will, funding means designating how your assets will be distributed after your death. The assets stay in your name during your lifetime, and your estate must go through probate before your beneficiaries receive them. With a Living Trust, funding means transferring ownership of your assets into the Trust’s name while you’re still alive. This allows your assets to be managed and distributed according to your instructions without the delays and expenses of probate. This seminar will explore the key differences between Wills and Living Trusts, explain the essential steps to properly fund and maintain your Trust, and highlight why these documents are so important for protecting your wishes and assets.

Join us for the in-person seminar on, "Do You Know How to Care and Feed Living Trusts?" on Thursday, November 20, 2025, from 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the SeaTac office. Attendees will have an opportunity to ask questions of the presenter.
